Thumbnail process on, Red! Some reason I get more flexible, and faster when I work on the thumbs in traditional paper. I even cut the papers and re-organize it as an "Editing"
The Candy Bandits became the Red "riding' Hood! She is still a bad-ass!
My January Project! <Candy Bandits>, Original Story Development
It started from a remembering project from Pixar’s internship, the train assignment haha. Since I struggled with the assignment at that time, train was one of the BG elements I wanted to try storyboard with again- (more below)
The Speaker Deck below was the first version of the Candy Bandits. It was done when I had a downtime at work. I had so much fun and FELL IN LOVE with those bandits.
Starting last December, I made them more punky-cute-brat style. This version will have more urban- subway environment! I want to push more exaggerated actions and charming character moments! STAY TUNED :D
Working on a short film, A love story of Mr. Racoon and Ms. Oppossum…. (no furry haha). Always draw into something silly and weird combination, but I think that is my core power to keep going on my passion projects. :9
This page is for sharing something I am currently working on! Casually documenting my process!
Thumbnails are cooking. I love to draw thumbnails traditionally, because the way is easier to see the whole flow with the papers!
Having too much fun drawing Jaded, Fat, Racoons. Racoons are very fun creature to draw haha
More is coming! Thank you so much for watching :D
